Add-ons & Products Reporting allows organization admins to view and export reports for event add-ons and membership products sold through Glue Up.

This report helps you track which add-ons and products were purchased, how many units were sold, and the total purchase value, including a price breakdown.

Where to find Add-ons & Products Reporting

To access the report:

Go to the Finance module.
Select Add-ons & Products Reporting.

The section includes two tabs:

Events
Memberships

Who can use this feature

Organization admins with the correct permissions can access Add-ons & Products Reporting.

Events tab

The Events tab shows reporting data for event add-ons.

Event reporting widgets

At the top of the Events tab, you can view widgets for:

Number of events with add-ons out of all events
Total units of add-ons purchased
Most purchased add-on and the related event
Highest purchased value add-on and the related event
Total add-on purchase value

For the Total add-on purchase value widget, you can switch between available currencies if more than one currency is available.

Event add-ons table

The Events table shows detailed information about purchased event add-ons, including:

Registration ID
Contact name
Event name
Add-on name
Unit price
Subtotal
Add-on total

The Registration ID and contact name are linked to the related registration record.

The event name is linked to the event dashboard.

The price breakdown includes:

Unit price: the price of one unit of the add-on
Subtotal: the total price for that specific add-on
Add-on total: the total value of all add-ons purchased in the same order

Items are greyed out when they are part of the same registration for the same event.

Filtering event add-ons

You can filter event add-on reporting data by:

Event title
Add-on name

Exporting event add-on data

You can export the event add-ons report for further review or analysis.

Important note about event data

Displayed prices include taxes.

The Events tab shows data for published and past events.

Memberships tab

The Memberships tab shows reporting data for membership products.

Membership reporting widgets

At the top of the Memberships tab, you can view widgets for:

Number of membership types with products out of all membership types
Total products purchased
Most popular product
Highest purchased value product
Total product purchase value

Membership products table

The Memberships table shows detailed information about purchased membership products, including:

Membership source
Membership status
Member name
Membership ID
Product name
Unit price
Subtotal
Product total

The membership source shows whether the product was purchased through a membership application or renewal.

The price breakdown includes:

Unit price: the price of one unit of the product
Subtotal: the total price for that specific product
Product total: the total value of all products purchased in the same application or renewal

Greyed-out items mean the items belong to the same membership application or renewal.

You can filter membership product reporting data by:

Product name
Membership source
Membership status

Exporting membership product data

You can export the membership products report for further review or analysis.
