Overview
The header menu is the main navigation bar at the top of your website. This article explains how to add, edit, reorder, and disable menu items.
Accessing the Menu
- From the admin toolbar, click Manage.
- Hover over Structure and click Menus.
Navigate to Manage → Structure → Menus
- Find Main navigation in the list and click Edit menu.

Adding a New Menu Item
- On the Edit menu page, click + Add link.

- Enter the Menu link title — this is the text visitors see in the navigation.
- Enter the Link — use the page path without your domain (e.g., /news). For a parent item with no link, use route:<nolink>

- Click Save.
Other Menu Actions
- Edit an item: Click Edit next to the item name, update the fields, and Save.
- Reorder items: Drag and drop using the cross icon on the left. Click Save.
- Enable/disable: Check or uncheck the Enabled checkbox next to an item.
Adding a Content Item to the Menu from Its Edit Page
When editing any content item, expand the Menu Settings section on the right side, check Provide a menu link, fill in the Menu link title and Parent item, then Save.
