Overview
The Placeholder (or Page Special) content type lets you edit specific blocks on your homepage such as the banner, the membership directory block, and the Join Chamber block.
⚠️ These items can only be edited, not created. Never change the Title field on any Placeholder item or it may break the homepage layout.
Accessing Placeholder Content
- Go to Shortcuts > All Content.
- In the Content Type filter, select Page Special (or Placeholder) and click Filter.
Filter by Page Special to find the three homepage block items
- Click Edit next to the item you want to update.
Available Placeholder Items
| Field | Description |
| Welcome To | Controls the homepage banner. Edit the Displayed Title, Summary, and Image. |
| MD Home | Controls the Membership Directory block (next to Join Chamber). Edit title, summary, and image. |
| Join Chamber Home | Controls the Join the Chamber call-to-action block. Edit title and summary. |
Editable Fields
- Title — DO NOT MODIFY.
- Displayed Title — The visible heading for the block.
- Summary — Supporting text for the block.
- Image — Only used for Welcome To and MD Home items.
