The PEPPOL integration allows your organization to send electronic invoices to PEPPOL-enabled recipients through the StoreCove integration in Glue Up.
Once the integration is connected, the platform includes legal entity registration, PEPPOL-related billing fields, and PEPPOL sync status visibility. At the moment, PEPPOL integration in Glue Up is supported for Belgium only.

Before connecting the integration, make sure Generate invoices for orders automatically is enabled in:

To connect to Storecove for PEPPOL e-invoicing, you first need to register your legal entity in the integration setup. During this step, you will be asked to enter your organization’s legal entity details, including:

View integration details
After the StoreCove PEPPOL integration is connected, admins can click View Details to review the PEPPOL registration information for the legal entity.
This page also includes tooltips for the related fields.
Manage PEPPOL billing information
Once the integration is connected, the following fields are added to Company Billing Information in Finance Settings:
- PEPPOL ID
- PEPPOL Scheme
- Public ID
-
Public Scheme
These billing details are required when customers make a purchase.
These fields follow these rules:
- If PEPPOL ID is entered, PEPPOL Scheme is required.
- If Public ID is entered, Public Scheme is required.
- These fields are mandatory and cannot be removed from the billing information field list.
PEPPOL information is only available under Company Billing Information settings because a PEPPOL ID is assigned to a legal or business entity, not to an individual. This also applies to sole traders.
Bank transfer requirement
If Bank Transfer is enabled as a payment method, a bank account number is required.
After the PEPPOL integration is connected, Glue Up provides a dedicated field for entering the bank account number across relevant modules on the platform.
Use PEPPOL details when billing a company
If an invoice is billed to a company, at least one of the following is required:
- PEPPOL ID
- Public ID
You can enter both if needed. If you add multiple values, separate them with semicolons (;).
The public site also includes a Search Company field. When you select a company, the related PEPPOL information is filled in automatically and remains editable.
PEPPOL information in CRM
PEPPOL-related information is synced to the CRM company record and is available in:
- the Companies list
- Company Profile → Billing Information
Use PEPPOL information on custom invoices
When your organization is connected to StoreCove, a PEPPOL section appears during custom invoice creation after a company is selected.
Invoice sync behavior
Invoices are synced to StoreCove immediately.
Check invoice sync status
Once the PEPPOL integration is connected, the Finance → Invoices includes a PEPPOL Synced column.
This column shows the invoice sync status with StoreCove.
You can also open the Actions menu for an invoice and select PEPPOL Sync Status to view more detailed sync information.
If the PEPPOL Synced status shows No, you can try syncing the invoice again after resolving the issue. Open the invoice’s Actions menu, then select Sync to PEPPOL to retry the sync manually.
