Overview
This article will guide you through the steps to setup and log in to your Zendesk account. Your Zendesk account will provide you with the repository of all the tickets you've sent through support and their status.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
The email address you use to log into Glue Up
Access to your email inbox (for verification or password reset, if required)
Steps to Log In

Go to the Login Page
Open your browser and visit: https://support.glueup.com/hc/en-us

Click on Sign In

Provided that you haven't created an account or submitted a ticket prior, you would either be asked to get a password to access your account or sign up completely.

Get a password
This allows you to setup a password to use and access your Zendesk account. Input your email and click Submit

Sign Up
Choose this option if this is the first time you're creating an account.

Access Your Dashboard
Once logged in, your account has been setup you’ll be redirected to your home dashboard or main landing page.
Troubleshooting
Having trouble logging in? Try the following:
Double-check that your email and password are correct.
Click “Forgot Password?” to reset your password.
Clear your browser cache or try logging in using a different browser.
Make sure your internet connection is stable.
