How to edit an event’s registration confirmation email individually:
Go to Events and select the event you want to edit.
Open Registration Settings and click Registration Options.
Check the box labeled “Edit Email” under Event Registration Confirmation Settings.

Fill out the following fields:
Subject line
Preview text
Pre-header
Title
Body
Click Save.
After saving, you can click Preview Email to see how it looks.
Note: Enabling “Edit Email” will override the default Event Registration Confirmation Email
How to revert back to the default confirmation email:
Simply uncheck the “Edit Email” box.
This will restore the default confirmation email from the Event System Email Templates.
