What is Chapter Insights? 

Chapter Insights is a section within the Chapter Management module that allows administrators of an umbrella organization—typically a parent organization overseeing multiple local chapters—to monitor the activity of those chapters. It provides a centralized view of all key metrics to assess performance and engagement.

Why Use Chapter Insights? 

This page helps umbrella organization admins:

• Access key chapter performance data quickly
• Track trends over time
• Identify areas for improvement
• Make informed, data-driven decisions

How to Access Chapter Insights

1. Navigate to Chapter Management in the left-side panel.
2. Click on Chapter Insights.

3. Select a time range (e.g., Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days) to filter data. The metrics displayed are cumulative for the selected period.

4. View, sort, and export chapter performance metrics as needed.

Available Metrics

Membership Tracking

• Active Members – Total number of individuals currently active.

• Active Memberships – Number of active memberships, both Individual and Corporate.

• New Memberships – Individual and Corporate memberships started within the selected time frame.

• Churned Memberships – Individual and Corporate memberships that were cancelled or expired within the selected time frame.

• Net Growth – Total new memberships minus churned memberships.

Event & Engagement Metrics

• Upcoming & Current Events – Total number of events scheduled or ongoing.

• Past Events – Total number of events that have already occurred.

• Total Attendees – Combined number of participants across events within the selected time frame.

• Average Check-In Percentage – The average percentage of registered attendees who checked in at events.

Campaign Performance

• Total Email Campaigns Sent – Number of email campaigns sent within the selected time frame.
• Open Rate – Percentage of recipients who opened the email.
• Bounce Rate – Percentage of emails that could not be delivered.
• Click-Through Rate – Percentage of recipients who clicked on links within the email.

Financial Overview

• Membership Income – Revenue generated from memberships, including both local and via Chapter Inclusion.
• Event Income – Revenue from paid events hosted by chapters.
• Other Income Sources – Revenue generated through issued custom invoices

Admin Login Tracking

• Timestamp of the most recent admin login for each chapter. This helps umbrella organization admins monitor chapter-level engagement and identify chapters that may require follow-up or support.
