Connect Outlook
- Go to Other Settings from the main menu.
- Click Integrations.
- Select My Email Integration.
- Click Connect Outlook.
- Enter your work email address.
- You’ll be redirected to the Microsoft login page.
- A permission request will be sent to your Microsoft admin.
- Once approved, the integration will be active.
⚠️ The first sync may take a few minutes to load all your emails, depending on volume.
Open My Emails

From the left-side menu, click My Emails.

You’ll see these folders:

Inbox – All incoming emails
-
Drafts – Saved but unsent emails

Sent Emails – Messages you’ve sent

Archive – Stored emails for reference

Each folder lets you compose, reply, forward, flag, mark as read/unread, archive, or delete emails.
Compose a New Email

Click + New Email.

Use the composer to:

Add recipients and a subject
-
Format your message
-
Attach files
-
Mark the email as important
-
Set email privacy
-
Discard the draft if needed

Drafts save automatically.
Link Emails to CRM
You can link emails to CRM profiles in two ways:

Select one or more emails and click Link Emails from the top menu.

Or, for individual emails, click the three-dots menu and select Link Email.
Linked emails will appear under the related CRM profile. The link icon (🔗) turns green when the link is successful.
Set Email Privacy
Control who can see linked emails:

Shared with Organization – Visible to users with CRM access

Private – Only visible to you
To update privacy:

In My Emails, select your emails.

Choose the appropriate privacy setting.
This setup makes it easy to keep email threads organized and accessible to your team.
