To collect membership payments, you must first select the currencies your organization accepts. You can choose to receive payments in multiple currencies or add payment-specific information regarding your organization’s rules and policies.
Configuring membership payment options
Open the Organization Settings menu and select General Information in Membership Settings. On the Payment & Refunds Options, you can configure payment options for all memberships including the currencies available for memberships, and more.
Tip: Offline transactions are not automatically updated in the platform. If you select any offline payment methods, all organization team members must manually mark each completed payment as paid.
